Corporate management trainee programme

The Corporate Management Trainee Programme is designed to attract recent hospitality graduates who are recognised as having significant ability and enthusiasm for the industry, as well as the development potential to become part of our management team. Ideally the candidates have to complete at least one internship with us during their hospitality education and have a proven track record of good performance. The programme runs approximately for 15-18 months. Completion of the programme prepares trainees for a subsequent Assistant Manager position in the operations or Head Office.

The peninsula ambassador programme

The Peninsula ambassador programme

The Peninsula Ambassador programme offers a long-term opportunity to build your hospitality career with new Peninsula hotels at a supervisory and Assistant Manager level. High potential individuals are selected around one year before the opening of a new hotel. These individuals undergo an intensive training programme at other Peninsula properties. The Ambassadors have the opportunity to learn the Peninsula culture and to gain a greater understanding of our standards of service. Upon completion of the programme, the Ambassadors re-join the pre-opening team of the hotel to share the Peninsula quality standards and service with the rest of the team.
